opZynic provides an AI-powered chatbot platform designed for the real estate industry. Our Services include:

• AI chatbot deployment for websites of real estate businesses
• Lead capture, qualification, and management
• Analytics and performance insights
• CRM integrations
• Dashboard for project and chat management

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit spam, misleading content, or deceptive property information
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Collect or harvest personal data of end-users without their consent
• Use the Services for any purpose other than real estate-related business

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• All fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice
• Free trial periods, if offered, are subject to conversion to a paid plan

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and technology of the opZynic platform are owned by opZynic and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your data, including project information, property details, and content you upload. Lead data collected through our chatbot belongs to you (the business deploying the chatbot). We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, opZynic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the chatbot will capture every lead, provide accurate property recommendations in every case, or operate without interruption.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We will provide you with the option to export your data for up to 30 days after termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or dashboard notification.
